At Purix Peptides, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.
Eligibility for Refunds
We accept refund requests under the following circumstances:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged, broken, or with a compromised seal, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Quality Concerns: If a product does not meet the purity specifications listed on the COA, contact us with details so we can investigate.
Non-Refundable Situations
Due to the nature of research chemicals, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds in the following situations:
- Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or used.
- Orders where the shipping address was entered incorrectly by the customer.
- Requests made more than 14 days after delivery.
- Change-of-mind purchases where the product was delivered as described.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, email us at support@purixpeptides.com with your order number, the product(s) in question, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued.
Exchanges
We handle exchanges on a case-by-case basis. If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost once the issue has been verified.
